March is here which can only mean one thing, Spring is just around the corner. Everyone starts to come out after hibernating all Winter, the layers of jumpers are gradually peeled away, days are longer as we are no longer under a constant sky of black ink. Fashion talk turns towards what pieces to purchase for your Spring/Summer wardrobe, summer holidays are starting to be planned & booked, flowers are starting to bloom and colour is coming back in to our lives.
There are various thing that I love about March, one is that so many of my friends & families birthday are in this month & I love nothing more than going on a birthday shopping spree. Flashes of pink lipsticks are starting to appear against the last remains of Winter's neutral palette, Chanel launch their Spring/Summer Limited Edition nail varnishes which are always in eye catching colours. Flowers are in bloom & there is nothing better then purchasing a few bunches & scattering them around your house. Pale pink rolled up chinos, skinny belts, Moccasin pumps & thin knit cashmere jumpers are perfect to still keep out the last of the Winter chill. Talk of planning trips across Europe warm you up as you think about which cities to explore and what you will discover on your trip.
