Colourful Fireworks

Bonfire night is this weekend, a night I loved as a child and still do, wrapped up in layers, eating toffee apples, watching above in awe. Dark skies light up, beautiful shapes are formed, colours are vibrant and everything seems to sparkle. For those moments everyone is silent watching the display above us. It may only be one night a year so here are some other ways we can all have a bit of colourful sparkle on a more regular basis, I won't say no. Enjoy! X

Classic Navy

As you might have started to notice, I have a thing for the classics whether it be a book, a handbag, a film, a black dress or a colour and for me its navy. A bulk of my wardrobe is a navy section, from silk shirts to chunky knits, structured skirts and Winter overcoats. So here is more of my favourite colour covering all aspects, i can't get enough enjoy! X

Fall For Orange

Layers of Winter clothing are being peeled away an replaced with Summer dresses an mugs of steaming tea are quickly swapped for iced drinks as British weather jumped from Winter (Autumn didn't get a look in) straight back to Summer as we experience a Indian Summer. Hopefully the seasons will get back on track an in the meantime I am loving the use of Orange as the perfect bright colour flashback from Summer that blends so well with the crisp and warmth of Autumn/Fall. Green

As I might have previously mentioned at the weekend I attended the wedding of one of my good friends. It was a beautiful and emotional day as weddings can have a tendency to be. The theme of the day was 'Apple Of His Eye' which i loved, so as you can imagine green and apples were a reoccurrence through out the day. It was in the colour of the bridesmaid dresses, table centrepieces, desserts, cocktails and flowers, it was lovely. Green therefore is a colour that is on the mind and with the Summer weather I thought it was the perfect colour to do a post about, so enjoy! X

Silver

> Having a silver dilemma today! As organised as I am, I am being super organised for my friend's wedding this weekend. With a dress rehearsal today I decided on silver shoes so now had to get a silver bag and that's my dilemma, no bag! I do usually tend to go for gold over silver but I do have silver pieces, just not a bag so the hunt is on and therefore today's theme with silver on the brain is you guessed it silver! Pretty Pink

Pink, who doesn't love this colour it's so summer, bright and of course girly an that is exactly what my long weekend was like! With my first girly hen party pink was a key feature of the day, with pink cupcakes, cocktails, decorations it was perfect! Then on a shopping trip I discovered a pink dress that I'm having made for the Wedding and it really was love at first sight! So really I don't think that I need any more excuses, so enjoy these gorgeous pictures X
