August Loves....

The official holiday month were you can expect nothing else but the smell of suncream, sand between your toes, multiple scoops of glorious ice cream, the perfect Summer dress that was purchased is worn with love against sun kissed skin. Denim cutoff's are worn with navy moccasins and striped t's, colourful playsuits with gold thonged sandals and a stack of bracelets and the perfect white cotton dress to wear to a garden party, night out with the girls or even to the supermarket because it's simply Summer and why not? Lazy weekends are spent reading or daydreaming, jugs of iced tea are sipped, afternoon tea in the garden, days out exploring new places in the last of the Summer weeks. Weekends away and birthdays celebrated with boxes of macaroons, trips to favourite gallerys and restaurants. Although it's the holiday month it also signifies to me the winding down of Summer and we are gradually turning to Autumn/Fall. The new season collections hitting stores already, pieces that we know will be key in the next season are purchased. So bathe in the sunshine, wear your Summer clothes with fun and enjoy... X
