Country Christmas
A large open fire, homemade decorations, fresh pine scented Christmas tree, tartan blankets and cinnamon pine cones all epitomise a Christmas in the country. With Christmas only 12 sleeps away I can't help but get carried away imagining a beautiful Christmas an one in the countryside would certainly be on the top of my list. enjoy! X

Fairy Lights
Fairy lights remind me of my best friends bedroom when we were 16, beautiful butterfly ones she had that added charm to the tent we set up in her bedroom one night and to her room in University. Small, delicate and pretty, they are a lovely way to bring light into your home or even to make a feature of. With Christmas on its way they will twinkling from all our trees but can also be a permanent feature all year round. Enjoy! X

Living Space
It may be the traditional fireplace, the cosy armchair, dark wooden floors, unique coffee table, endless bookshelf, white washed walls or luxury throws. These are all features I would love to have in my own living space an the beautiful images below show all of these perfectly. Somewhere I can curl up reading a book with the logs burning in the open fire, get together an catch up with the girls an to simply entertain. Enjoy! X

Cosy Cottage Getaway
I have always loved the idea of owning a beautiful idyllic cottage in the English countryside, with a big open fire, smell of fresh baking, cosy armchairs, paisley quilts piled high on the bed, just the perfect homely cottage. So with Autumn now upon us, the nights getting darker and days colder the coming months seem the perfect time to finally find the ideal place for a weekend of cosy relaxation! These pictures are all little glimpses of my perfect cottage getaway, enjoy! X

A bit of everything ....Pinteresting
I have a habit of constantly saving random images on my IPad, my library currently hold over thousand images that I have collected. That are of nothing in particular just something that catches my eye, whether it be a gorgeous kitchen that I would one day love to own, a destination that I want on my must visit list, a charming teapot and cups, libraries, delicious looking sweets and many more, so I thought I would put them to,good use and share them with you all! Happy Tuesday! X

Bedside Features
I recently rearranged my bedroom and had difficulty repositioning my bedside cabinet it just didn't seem to fit anywhere and is still misplaced so in my mind its an excuse to purchase a new one. Last week I was wrapped up under a mountain of blankets trying to recover from tonsillitis so as you can imagine there were boxes of tissues, numerous tablets and cups of hot drinks & simply no where to put them. So now I am on the mend I am on a mission to find a new bedside cabinet, I want one that is a feature of its own and am loving these ones, what do you think? Happy Wednesday! X
