A bit of everything ....Pinteresting

I have a habit of constantly saving random images on my IPad, my library currently hold over thousand images that I have collected. That are of nothing in particular just something that catches my eye, whether it be a gorgeous kitchen that I would one day love to own, a destination that I want on my must visit list, a charming teapot and cups, libraries, delicious looking sweets and many more, so I thought I would put them to,good use and share them with you all! Happy Tuesday! X

Weekend Favourites

Finally the long weekend has arrived and I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to it!
Just time to relax and enjoy everything i've been wanting to do for a couple of weeks. I've decided I'm going to test myself and bake either mint choc chip cookies or Macarons, I'll keep you updated. Spot of shopping on the hunt for chunky necklace, time with the girls for my first ever hen party garden party ( if that makes sense) an finally some time with the bf, so yes some good times to be had. I hope you'll have a lovely weekend x

Parisian Perfection

In the small time that i wasn't busy today in work, I started daydreaming about the lovely Paris. I am feeling the urge so badly to pop on a plane or the Eurostar and head back to Paris and capture every little detail of the city itself. Take as many snap shots (although its never enough) but I just want to see it all over again, gaze around the Louvre, have Afternoon Tea in Angelina's, stock up on Macarons, take a stroll through the Tuileres Gardens and purchase some Parisian stationary and of course stare adoringly at the fabulous outfits and gorgeous architecture... j'adore pari...

My Award

On Monday Amy over at Brushed Satin  and Brittany at Swirls of Happy  passed on the Stylish Blogger award to me and it made me smile all day!

I love both ladies blog's and am a daily visitor to catch up on their posts. Amy was one of the first blogs that I discovered and instantly loved, she does her own thing and follows her own rules making her posts a must read. swirls of Happy author Brittany has a cosy homely blog that you cant help but love as she shares pictures of her family and posts on all sorts of goody posts from fashion to interior. Go check out both blogs you will fall in love with them.

Part of receiving the award is that there are a few rules to follow, you have to link back to the lovely blogger that nominated you, share 7 things about yourself (and trust me it is not as easy as it sounds) and finally I have to nominate 10 other bloggers.

1.I am a big bookworm, love nothing more than snuggling up with a good book plus I read so fast so on holiday I overload worried I am going to run out, I have been pulled up for my case being over weight. Love girly fiction, historical fiction and a good mystery.

2.I am a TV junkie especially American shows I cant help but love them. Gossip Girl makes me want to live in New York and the fashion amazing. The Vampire Diaries, there is something aboout the mystery that is so intriguing and Glee, well enough said.

3.If I could have a gift it would be the ability to draw, I confess I am awful at it.I did Art at school an got a very high mark but I did every other form of Art imaginable, worst module was still life it was a nightmare. When I see fashion illustrations etc I am so envious (bad I know) but I would love the gift to do it.

4.Love all things British, Afternoon Tea, Football, Tower of London, Tudor's, Full English Breakfast, Red Buses and Country Pubs.

5.I work as a Buyer for Card, Gifbag and Giftwrap company and I love it. I never have the same day I just feel so lucky to have found a job I love at such a young age.

6.I am terrified of Sharks and Whales absolutely petrified. When in the sea on holiday although I know they are not in the surrounding water my clear mind gets blurred and I am convinced that they are underneath all the water. I wont jump in if there is seaweed underneath because I think they might appear, crazy I know but I cant help it.

7. I am double jointed.

Tea Leaf

Leaf Tea Shop & Bar is an unusual but imaginative venue. Leaf must be one of the only venue that offers 24 loose, whole-leaf teas whilst offering specialist advice for the serious tea drinker (like myself.) Within 24-hours, this "punk" tea room served to customers in snazzy teaware can change from being a place serving breakfast on eggs benedict, read a book whilst munching away on a slice of homemade Victorian Sponge to morphing into a fully-licensed bar, gig venue, cinema or gallery holding events from music quizzes to vintage fairs.

Leaf- Assam Breakfast Tea
Bringing back the long standing English tradition of Afternoon Tea, Leaf has combined exquisite homemade tasters from their savoury and sweet menus. Serving a selection of sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and a fine array of mini cakes and fancies all presented on a decorative three tier stand, washed down with an unlimited supply of sumptuous teas.
